PURPOSE:To detect responding times surely and automatically by giving test conditions by as much as the times set in a setting part to an object to be tested by way of a switch part, comparing the count value of said responding times and set times and generating an alarm signal when they do not coincide. CONSTITUTION:The test conditions of a tester 2 are given to an object 1 to be tested by means of a setting output part 5 and a switch 6 outputting on-off control signals periodically in accordance with the set test times of a setting part 4. The responding signals of the object 1 responding to these are inputted via a buffer part 7 to a counter 8. The counter 8 compares the count value thereof and the test times of the part 4, and when these do not coincide, said part feeds an abnormality signal to a conversion part 10 which generates an abnormality alarm. Thereby, the responding times are detected surely and automatically. |
