Antitheft licence plate for car - has re=entrant edge profile with recessed locating studs

The edges of the pressed numberplate are turned inward and stamped with securing holes. Plastics ratchet studs are located through the holes and pressed into holes in a mounting plate secured to the vehicle by recessed threaded fasteners. The fasteners are fitted before the plate and the plate can only be removed by damaging the pressing. The fasteners are completely covered from both sides and are not access from inside the vehicle. The numberplate is fitted once for all and has to be replaced by a new one when removed.
