PURPOSE:To restore the deterioration of a magnetic characteristics by removing burrs associated with punching of a magnetic plate and by annealing after degrease. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic plate punched with a press 1 is lifted up with the help of a backet conveyor 3 and thrown into a barrel 4 for removing buri. Magnetic plates collide repeatedly with each other in the revolving barrel to remove burrs. Plates are moving, along the tilt of the barrel, toward an outlet of the barrel while burrs are removed and extruded little by little. Subsequently, plates are fed into a cleaner 16 via a conveyor 14 and a feeder 15. In the cleaner, grease is removed with the help of a freon solution. Because freon is vaporized at a room temperature, plates are put into a backet 17 after cleaning and transported with a roller conveyor 18, and then annealed as generally done to improve a magnetizing characteristic. Finally, the whole process is completed with plating for corrosion-proof. With this process, there is no deformation of a plate because removal of burr is done before decrease of hardness due annealing, and even if friction heat is generated during removal of burr, any deformation is removed during annealing, and there is no bad influence on a magnetic characteristic. |
