In order to determine a BM-antithrombin, a BM-antithrombin co-factor, thrombin and a given substrate of thrombin are used as terms of the problem, and the separation of the substrate from thrombin is calculated as a fonction of the activity of the BM-antithrombin, by using as co-factor heparin, xylane, //c-carragheen, dextrane sulfate, mucopolysaccharide-sulphuric acid polyester, pentosane polysulfate, or shortchain heparin derivates, prepared by chemical or enzymatic splitting from heparin. |
