<p>The fixture is intended for securing a lining (14) or the like in the interior or engine compartment of a vehicle. The lining, e.g. of fibre material or board, is impregnated and pressed into shape and provided with a fastener (12) having an integral base plate (16) secured to the lining material and a lip (20) for fastening. The base plate is in contact with one side of the material and is provided with projecting anchoring hooks (18) which penetrate into the material. The hooks may be stamped out from the plate and may point in different directions. They may be triangular and/or provided with barbed edges.</p> |
