COIL CORE FOR POWER LINE FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To make prevention from high voltage pulsed noise effective by utilizing magnetic alloy which has a degree of amorphousness below a specified value. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 2 is made of a magnetic alloy sheet 11 which has a degree of amorphousness below 50%, and a coil 4 for a power line filter is built by a winding 3 applied on it. To get a desired degree of amorphousness in a thin sheet 11 heat treatment is effective. This heat treatment is done by heating proper duration below and at a crystallizing temperature and near crystallizing temperature in absence of a magnetic field. By prefering heating temperature and duration a desired degree of amorphousness is obtained.
