Windscreen washer fluid heating device - includes tubular enclosure which clips over pipe containing hot fluid

The device for heating windscreen washer fluid esp. for cars is made up of an enclosure (2) in which the fluid is circulated. The enclosure is connected on one side (4) to the fluid reservoir and on the other side to at least one windscreen washer jet. The enclosure is annular in shape and contains a central cylindrical cavity into which a pipe (1) containing hot fluid e.g. engine coolant is introduced by flexing the enclosure and allowing the pipe to pass through the longitudinal slot (7). The enclosure pref. consists of a thin slotted tubular element (6) surrounded by a flexible tubular chamber (8).
