<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a device by showing the operator that the loading direction of a tape is reverse through display, by operating a display means for the erroneous loading of a tape by detecting the periodical generation of a signal in the opposite array to a normal synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:On detecting a signal in the opposite array in a normal synchronizing signal being generated periodically in a reproduced signal, a display means for the erroneous loading of a tape is put in operation with the detection output. For example, reproduced digital data signal A of the tape and reproduced clock signal B are inputted to shift register 1 and signal A is converted into parallel reproduced data signal C at the clock timing of signal B, so that it is inputted to digital comparator 2 supplied with the opposite code signal D in the opposite array to the synchronizing signal. Then, when the signal in the opposite array to the synchronizing signal is obtained periodically from signal A through circuits 3-6, the output of monostable multivibrator is held at level H to drive display device 10.</p> |
