PURPOSE:To reduce a number of constituent parts of the device, by successively arranging a single focusing lens, a dichroic mirror or filter, and a prism on a light path reflected from an original face, and leading separated three primary color lights to charge coupled devices. CONSTITUTION:Three-color separation of a color image illuminated by light source 2 is conducted via single focusing lens 13, dichroic mirror or filter 14, and single prism 16, and images separated into 3-colors are formed on the faces of charge coupling devices (CCD) 9-11. Image signals are obtained by feeding the outputs of CCD 9-11 receiving each light 17-19 of B.G.R three primary colors to control box 20, thus permitting the constituent part number to be reduced and the size of the whole device to be compact. |
