Field effect transistor whose channel is not developed to the pinch-off state, is used as a amplification element in the amplifier cct. The cct. includes a variable bias cct. having a constant current cct. connected between the gate of the FET and the power source for supplying to the drain. The bias voltage in the variable bias cct. is changed as 1/μ of the variation of the operating voltage, so that the DC bias current of the FET is constant inspite of the change of the operating voltage.
