PURPOSE:To form a thin resin layer which prevents absorption of moisture by a coil by injecting resin around a blank coil and pouring resin into a space formed by a spacer with the use of a simple jig and sheet-shaped material. CONSTITUTION:A coil winding mold 8 is attached to a winding machine 9 and impermeable sheet-shaped material 10 such as polyester film is wound around the former. Then a bar-shaped spacer 11 is properly arrangedon the said material and then around the spacer, an interlayer insulation 13 and a coil conductor 12 such as aluminum strip, etc. are wound over each other to form the blank coil. On the external circumference of the blank coil, the spacer 11 is fixed again, and the blank coil 1 is removed together with a mold 8. Next, the blank coil 1 is fixed on a fixing table 14, an impermeable sheet-shaped material 10 is wound around and low-viscosity resin 23 is injected into between the sheet-shaped materials 10, 10'. After the resin was cured, a reinforced mold coil having comparatively thicker resin layers 23a, 23b and thin resin layers 23c, 23d can be obtained through removing process. |
