<p>An automatic electronic sewing machine is capable of automatically sewing a button hole by shifting a needle while moving a work forward and backward. An indication means is provided to indicate whether the work is being moved forward or backward. The indication means may be a lamp which is continuously illuminated when the work is fed in one direction, and intermittently illuminated when the work is fed in the reverse direction.</p> |
