PURPOSE:To accomplish an efficient shaping of windings of electrical equipment by a process comprising irradiation of hight in a wave length allowing quick solidification of varnish or that regardless of wave length, further solidification by heat and the removal of the winding. CONSTITUTION:A light in a wave length for example 3,000-4,000Angstrom allowing quic solidification of varnish or that regardless of the wave length is irradiated on the winding placed on a shaping machine after molded. It is further solidified by heat and then, removed from the machine. This enables effective shaping of windings. |
