PURPOSE:To make it possible to attain high data compressibility by making use of the regularity and correlativity of a waveform signal. CONSTITUTION:A waveform signal is equally divided to a random data length and each data length is correlated to that transmitted right before it. Then, the 1st data (1) are all transmitted and since the 2nd data (2) have a correlation to data (1) transmitted right before them, they are treated as the same as data (1) to transmit only a discrimination code showing the correlation. On receiving this discrimination code, the reception side reproduces them as the same as data (1) having been received yet. Data (3) are similarly treated as the same as data (1). Since data (4) have no correlation to data (1), all data (4) are transmitted together with a discrimination code showing no correlation and the reception side, when receiving this discrimination code, receives and reproduces data (4) as they are. Next data (5) have no correlation to new data (4) having been transmitted right beofre them, data (5) are transmitted together with the discrimination code that shows no correlation. |
