DEVICE FOR INDICATING THE END POSITION OF A PISTON IN A CYLINDER

The measuring cylinder (7) has a measuring piston (8) and is inserted in the hydraulic line connected to the operating cylinder (4). The measuring cylinder (7) has electrical signal contacts (9) operated by the measuring piston (8) reaching its end position corresponding to the working piston (5) reaching the end position. Pref. the measuring piston (8) has a valve (14) controlling the hydraulic fluid flow which is opened when the measuring piston (8) reaches its end position via spring loaded contact pins (15) carried by the measuring piston (8). The stroke vol. of the measuring piston (8) is pref. adjusted via a setting screw (13). The end position display is pref. combined with a flow display (16).
