The nose clip comprises a bow holder (1) for fitments (2) taking plugs formed from a flexible retaining part as applicator and a reservoir for the treatment agent. The bows are preferably angled to one another, or the surfaces of the plugs are sloped towards one another specifically at 10-23 deg.. The fitments have connectors for the plugs and these can be fitted in place through flexible sleeves enclosing plugs and connectors. The applicator is connected to the reservoir which consists of sleeves or pads within a flexible wall. The reservoirs may have chambers walled one side by the applicator and otherwise by the flexible wall.
