A check valve for water supply facilities is provided to remove vibration and noise by supporting a valve disk mounted in a discharge pipe by a guide piece and a fixed rod. A check valve for water supply facilities comprises a body(10), a valve disk(30), a support bracket(50), a support pipe(31), and a rod(34). The body is integrally formed with an inlet pipe(11) and an outlet pipe(12). The valve disk is coupled with a sheet(60) to open/close a passage of the outlet pipe and formed with a guide piece(33). The support bracket has a hole(52) fixed to the outlet pipe. The support pipe has a guide hole(32) installed to the rear part of the valve disk. The rod is projected to the inside of the support bracket, and coupled with the guide hole. A hole is formed on a curved part(51) of the support bracket. The valve disk, springs(36), and the support bracket are vertically arranged.
