PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device that inspects an inspection object with high accuracy for the inspection objects of various colors.SOLUTION: An inspection device acquires image data of a reference image that is to be a reference for inspecting an inspection object having registration marks (positioning marks) printed thereon (S4), breaks down the image data of the reference image into images of components in predetermined colors (S5), specifies a component in a color having the largest contrast from the images broken down according to the components in the predetermined colors (S8), acquires image data of the inspection object (S10), extracts an image of the component in the specified color from the image data of the inspection object, extracts a registration mark from the image of the component in the specified color (S11), and inspects the inspection object on the basis the extracted registration mark (S12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
