<p>PURPOSE:To give a constant compressive load in a longitudinal direction of an extruded product without injuring it by a method wherein multiple feeding and controlling rollers are arranged on both sides of multiple transferring rollers. CONSTITUTION:In a producing process of an extruded product from which an insert is separated as a stretch strain is added to an extruded product containg the insert, an stretch strain removing machine A is arranged between a cutting machine 8 and a bending machine 7. The extruded product 2 from the bending machine 7 is supplied to multiple controlling rollers 12 by multiple feeding rollers 11 driven by a variable speed motar 23. The controlling rollers 12 are rotated by the extruded product 2, free rotation is restrained by damping torque given to the shafts 18 through connection with a damping motor 24, and a constant compression load is given in a longitudinal direction of the extruded product 2. The extruded product is moved elastically as its right and left sections are held by rollers 11, 12 and its upper and lower sides by feeding rollers 10 and the lower sides of the head parts 11a, 12a of rollers 11, 12.</p> |
