PURPOSE:To prevent the delay response to a B-board operator to an office incoming call by automatically transferring and connecting the delay response of the B-board operator to one specific extension. CONSTITUTION:An office incoming call lets a lamp for an incoming state on a B- board come on via office bothway trunk CBWT. On arrival of an incoming call, office trunk additional unit CBWTAU corresponding to CBWT starts a time supervision. At the same time, a ringing signal is sent out to specific extension A via line circuit additional unit LCAU. With the receiver of this extension A lifted, the equipment position of this extension A and information on automatic transfer to the extension due to an office incoming call delay response are transferred to MKR via line circuit LC. By this information, MKR selects CBWT to be extension- transfer and connected directly not via a B-board operator because of the delay response to connect route (1) of line switch SW between extension A and CBWT, and then MKR is released afterward. Consequently, extension A can make a response to the office incoming call via route (1) without any help of the B-board operator. |
