<p>The locking bolting device is activated by a safety knob on the inside of the door, or by the dorr's closing cylinder, in the door of a vehicle, esp. passenger car, with a pane which can be lowered. The device in the door incorporates a blocking element in the area of the bottom pane edge, preventing any opening or lowering of the pane, in the bolted position. This is pref. in the form of a slide (6, 7) attached to a guide rail (3, 5) for the pane (4), so that it engages below the closed pane. It can have telescopic link rod (11) connection to the knob and/or closing cylinder.</p> |
