<p>1488997 Knitting machines EDOUARD DUBIED & CIE (SA) 5 March 1975 [15 March 1974] 9139/75 Heading D1C A needle bed for a flat knitting machine comprises a base member 1 formed with needle tricks 2 and with parallel slots 4 which accommodate knocking-over teeth 5, the teeth being connected by wires 8, 11 of which wire 11 serves to position the teeth relative to the base member and being securely retained on the base member by their own resilience. The wire 11, which may comprise two separate parts, is received in a slot 6 in the base member. The slots 2 and 4 are mutually offset by half a pitch.</p> |
