PURPOSE: A vacuum body and an apparatus using the same are provided to exert an influence on the vacuum body forming the vacuum by removing wires from the inside and the outside of the vacuum body. CONSTITUTION: A through-hole(13) passes through the inside of a vacuum body(10). An operating portion is installed nearly to the through-hole(13) of the vacuum body(10). A foundation portion is used for forming a shielding wall, the through-hole(13), and a subject material at the inside of the vacuum body(10). An installation portion is formed nearly to the through-hole(13) of the vacuum body(10) in order to operate the vacuum body(10). An output portion is outputted according to an input of a device for reacting the vacuum body(10). An acting portion moves the vacuum body(10) according to the output of the device.
