PURPOSE:To make it possible to vary the execution speed of a program within a fixed range, by varying the oscillation frequency of clock pulses when the program is manually executed, step by step, at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:Clock pulse oscillator 11 varies in oscillation period and its output is divided 12 and sent to monostable multivibrator 13, which is triggered at a rise of an input pulse to output a pulse of preset time width. Here, when a program is manually executed, step by step, by a single instruction, switch 15 is turned off and when the program is executed at a high speed, switch 15 is turned off, so that the oscillation frequency of clock pulses can be varied within a range adjusted by a variable resistance. Consequently, the execution speed of the program can be controlled within a fixed range. |
