PURPOSE:To regenerate a catalyst and remove nitrogen oxides in exhausted gas by adding a heated gas used in a regenerator to an exhausted gas and supplying the gas mixture to a reactor. CONSTITUTION:The air suctioned by a fan 1 is heated to above 450 deg.C in a hot air furnace 2 and a part of the heated gas is introduced into a regenerator 3. Then, the heated gas is passed to the cross direction against the moving direction of the catalyst to regenerate the catalyst and the used heated gas is passed through a line 5 to a stack 7 or used hot gas and a part of the heated air in a line 4 are introduced to a stack 7. Thereupon, the exhausted gas of below 300 deg.C added with NH3 by an introducing line 10 is heated and supplied to a moving layer type contact reduction and denitration reating tower 6. At this time, the regenerating and reacting temperature are controlled to a optimum temperature by a control valve 8, 9. On the other hand, the catalyst exhausted from the lower portion of the reacting tower is circulated to the top portion of a regenerator by a conveying means. |
