PURPOSE:To provide a heat-generating bag containing water and a composition which generates heat when brought into contact with water, wherein the water is sealed separately in a tearable pack having a tearing flap. CONSTITUTION:An exothermic composition 1 which generates heat in the presence of water and exygen, and a pack 2 containing water, are packed with a breathable sheet 3. The pack 2 is composed of a part 4 containing water and made of a tearable and water-permeable material, and having a flap 6 to tear the pack 2. The flap 6 may be attached with a string 7 to facilitate the tearing of the pack 2. The pack 2 is packed with the sheet 3 in such a manner that the flap 6 or the string 7 can be handled without opeining the sheet 3. |
