PURPOSE:To reduce a response delay due to an inertia, a mechanical loss by correcting a temporary target rotational speed set on the basis of target information of a motor in response to a deviation between the temporary target rotational speed and the rotational speed of the motor. CONSTITUTION:When the absolute value of the difference between reference voltage data Vref1(-3) and the driving voltage data VP1 of a motor becomes a predetermined value or more, an acceleration/deceleration compensator 121 multiplies the difference by alpha times, adds it to the data Vref1(-3) to set reference voltage data Vref1(-2). A monitor 131 proportionally integrates the difference between the data Vref1(-2) and the data VP1, further limits the amplitude, adds it to the data Vref1(-2), and sets reference voltage data Vref1(-1). Then, the data Vref1(-1) is limited in its amplitude to set reference voltage data Vref1. The data Vref1 is supplied to the motor through an automatic voltage regulator 141. |
