PURPOSE:To provide a digital copying machine capable of preventing a new image from being illicitly formed on the recording paper on which an image is eliminated for reusing a recording paper and only a seal and a signature remain without being eliminated. CONSTITUTION:An image reader 15 is provided so as to read the surface of the recording paper under carrying toward a photoreceptor 4 from a paper feeder 11. Then, it is decided whether or not the seal and signature exist in the read image and when the seal and signature are left, control is applied so as to stop a copying action. |
