PURPOSE:Ultra high pressure apparatus, superior in resistance against pressure and easy to construct and repair, having a specific conical-head or circular arc shape having an apex at the central part of the outer side of londitudinal axis direction of innermost crust of multilayer crust cylinder and dividing in two parts above and below at the central part of middle crust contacting with the above crust. CONSTITUTION:Relation among the outer diameter A at the upper and lower both tip faces of the innermost crust 9, the outer diameter B of the central part and the distance between the upper and lower tip face C, is kept at (B-A)/C = 0.017-0.18. The high pressure room 12 of the cylinder is compressed by the piston 7, 7a and resistance against pressure of apparatus is improved by generating the compression stress component F7 toward the central part 9a of the inner crust 9 in the neighborhood of the outside face 9d by the stress component F6 rectangular to the inner wall face 9e produced in the crust 9 and generation of stress component pulling upward and downward the crust 9 in the neighborhood the upper and lower tip face 9b, 9c, is offset each other. Also, construction is able to carry out either press fitting or shrinkage fitting because the contact face of the crust 9 and the middle crust 10, 10a, is made tapered shape. Moreover, construction and repair are able to easily carry out by making between the crust 10, 10a and outer crust 11 in tapered shape. |
