PURPOSE:To prevent injection defect of ink liquid by so constituting the ink jet head that the entry of air bubbles into injection nozzle is prevented by heating the ink liquid having flowed into the ink jet head thereby surely expelling the air bubbles in the ink liquid. CONSTITUTION:Ink liquid having flowed into an ink liquid distributing chamber 2 through ink liquid influent port 9 is first heated by a heating element l4 at the time when it flows in the inside of the ink influent chamber 2a. As a result, the air bubbles having mixed in the ink liquid grow owing to thermal expansion, are enlarged, rise rapidly within the influent chamber 2a, arrive at the air layer in the upper part of the distributing chamber 2 and are exhausted to the outside through an exhaust hole 12. Since the ink liquid reaches the upper part of the intermediate chamber 2b from the influent chamber 2a and flows toward the lower part of the intermediate chamber 2b therefrom, the influx of the air bubbles into the effluent chamber 2c does not occur. In this way, the injection defect of the ink liquid owing to the mixed presence of the air bubbles may be prevented. |
