PURPOSE:To enable to operate the mounting/dismounting with ease and certainty, by means of separating into two, and of providing with a plurality of fly wheels which form a space at the divided surface, a rotary disk, and the mounting/dismounting means for engaging of the fly wheel and the rotary disk. CONSTITUTION:In an internal gear 9a may be engaged in an outer gear 7a of a rotary disk 7 of one body with the rotary axis, by pushing a ratchet 9 by a screw 11 of means of mounting/dismounting from a actuating port which was out-of-the way from a cover 15 positioned at a fly wheel 4 of the both end sides of a rotary axis, the engagement of the outer gear 7a and the internal gear 9a of the ratchet 9 is effected with certainty when the end surface of the head of the screw 11 is contacted with the outer circumferent surface of the fly wheel 4. By such means, the rotary force of the rotary axis is conducted to the fly wheel 4 via the rotary disk 7 by the driving of the rotary ais. If the fly wheel 4 may be increased, the force of innertia can be enlarged. |
