Laminated sheet was manufd. by drying the watersol. adhesion promotor with cellophane, Al-foil or polypropylene film, and subsequently by coating the surface of the promotor with thermoplastic polyolefin resin. The promotor contained 0.01-5 wt.% of solid portion in a two-component system composed of 10-200wt. parts of starch or modified one per 100 wt. parts of polyethylene imine, or in a three-component system where 1-30 parts of polyacric acid was added to the two-component system.
