<p>New pyridinylthiomethyl derivatives of cyanomethylthioacetylcephalosporins of the following general formula, and their salts wherein R is hydrogen, lower alkyl, phenyl-lower alkyl, tri(lower alkyl)silyl, a salt forming ion or the group-CH2-O-?-R4; R1, R! and R3 each is hydrogen or lower alkyl; and R4 is lower alkyl, phenyl or phenyl-lower alkyl; are useful as antibacterial agents.</p> |
