PURPOSE:To make it possible to generate easily an input-output status word equivalent to the aritificial fault of an I/O from an operation panel, by providing the operation panel and input-output status word generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:The CPU11 has operation panel 40 and input-output status word generating circuit 20. By setting one-bit start switch 41 indicating the operation start of the input-output status word generator (CPU10 and I/O are included), one-bit start FF21 is set and by supplying the kind and machine number of the I/O which should cause an artificial fault from six-bit machine number switch 42, this kind and machine number are set to six-bit machine-number register 22. Further, this input-output status word is set to input-output status word register 23 by supplying the input-output status word equivalent to the artificial fault of the I/O to 16-bit input-output status word switch 43. |
