PURPOSE:To mitigate the pressing force and prevent the breakage of a vacuum container by brazing the end section of the vacuum container and protruded sections of end plates in a vacuum furnace via spring rings hooked on inner faces of them. CONSTITUTION:The end section 18 of a vacuum container 1 is brazed to a fixed side end plate 2a and a movable side end plate 3a at protruded sections 2b and 3b respectively in a vacuum furnace. Rings 15 and 15 are provided at brazing sections, thus the breakage of the vacuum container 1 at the time of brazing is prevented, and the vacuum container 1 and the end plates can be correctly and relatively positioned without requiring a jig. The ring 15 is made of a thin metal material in a circular ring with a cylinder section 15a and a curve section 15b, and it has a spring property in the radial direction as a whole. The ring 15 is uniformly and thermally expanded at the time of brazing, the pressing force of the vacuum container is mitigated, its breakage is prevented, and correct positioning is maintained due to the spring property. |
