End plates for rotary harrow housing - swing upwards about horizontal axis at rear, and stop limiting downwards travel

The rotary harrow with a long beam housing a line of rotary tined members with vertical lines (6), has a vertical closing plate (1) each end of the beam. In end view this plate has one (10) end resting on the ground, and the other end (15) sloping upwards. This plate can swing about a horizontal axis (25) at the top corner of the sloping end. This axis is at a higher level than the covered part. Adjacent this axis is a boss (35) acting as a stop to limit the downwards movement of the plate. The horizontal edge (10) resting on the ground, and the edge (12) sloping upwards is flanged outwards.
