<p>The carbonated drinks bottle filling machine consists of a frame to carry the stock tank, a feedline to this tank and a float valve in the tank which is coupled to the feedline. The float has an outlet and is adjusted to regulate the tank level. The tank carries a flow valve whose feedline connects with the tank below the fill level and issues into the flow valve above this level where it joins a filling tube open at the base. A bottle venting valve issues into a gas channel whose entry is next to the fill tube, and a flowmeter is connected to this valve via a venting line so as to control the amount of gas bled via this line to atmosphere. Controls are provided to open the flow valve first, followed by the venting valve.</p> |
