<p>PURPOSE:To provide an aerobic digesting method, in which slurry of organic waste material is heated to extract its component easy to digest, and after lowering the viscosity of slurry, treatment of anaerobic digestion is applied thereto, whereby said component easy to digest can be treated at a high digesting efficiency in prompt and economical manner. CONSTITUTION:Organic waste material 2 in reservoir tank 1 is put into decomposing tank 3, where it is formed, by cleaned waste water, into slurry, concentration of dry and solid component of which is lower than 20 %, and heat to higher than 60 deg.C in a liquid whose pH is lower than 3.5 or higher than 8.5. Then, it is separated into liquid part and residue in liquid separator 5 and the liquid component is sent to liquefying tank 7, whereas gas generated in the separator 5 is reserved liquid 6 is sent to gasifying tank 10, whereas gas generated in tank 7 is reserved at 13 via desolfurizer 12. Liquid after treatment is separated at 14 into liquid and solid, and digested sludge 15 is used for fertilizer. On the other hand, separated water is sent to aerobic treatment tank 16 and separated at 18 into solid and liquid. Then, it is separated into treated water and superfluous sludge 17 used for aerobic treatment, and cleaned waste water is sent to decomposing tank 3. Thus, component of organic waste material, easy to digest, can be treated at a high digesting efficiency in prompt and economical manner.</p> |
