A low-sodium salt is prepd.. The process comprises; a) refining an industrial KCl according to food-addition standard; b) combining 20 refined KCl, 7.5 Na-glutamate, 1.5 glycine, 0.1 succinic acid, and 0.1wt.% citric acid; c) mixing the compn. using Vmixer; d) crushing the mixt. to be 150mesh; e) granulating the crush with spraying a soln. of gua gum, Na-inosinate, and Naguanylate using a fluid granule-dryer; f) sieving the granule with 32 mesh screen and recylcing <32 mesh granule to d) ;g) wrapping to give the final product. |
