A sausage strap comprises an endless loop with a stem extending outwardly therefrom and adapted to be attached o the gathered skin at one end of a sausage by a clip embracing the stem and the gathered skin, the stem having a thickened portion at or near its free end to prevent the stem from being pulled out from under the clip, and the strap including the stem and its thickened portion, being moulded as an integral unit. The strap may be moulded from an elastic plastics material. The strap, attached to a sausage, is shown in Fig. 2. |
