<p>1444700 Water-insoluble azo dyestuff CASSELLA FARBWERKE MAINKUR AG 19 Dec 1974 [20 Dec 1973] 54912/74 Heading C4P A dyestuff (I) has the formula and is characterized by a Debye-Scherrer X- ray diagram showing very strong X-ray diffractions at 3À83 and 3À72 Š. It is prepared by heating a dyestuff of identical formula, with a very strong X-ray diffraction at 4À01 Š, in an aqueous medium to a temperature of 60-160‹ C. (see Specification 1,123,108). This disperse dyestuff (I) may be used for dyeing hydrophobic synthetic materials such as cellulose acetates, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile, polyolefins and particularly polyesters, e.g. polyethylene terephthalate.</p> |
