The mobile sculpture consists of a base with two uprights (2). A U shaped frame (4) with parallel arms (5) is suspended between the uprights (2) on horizontal spindles (3). A second U shaped frame (4a) is similarly between the arms (5) of the first frame (4). Further frames (4b, 4c) are similarly suspended one above the other. - Each frame is provided with a balance weight (7) which is heavy enough to counter-balance the frame to which it is attached together with all the frames above it. The frames can be provided with flat plates so that they are easily set in oscillation by the wind or by jets of water issuing from conveniently arranged pipes.
