1500225 Enamine derivatives SOC D'ETUDES SCIENTIFIQUES ET INDUSTRIELLES DE L'ILE - DE - FRANCE 10 June 1976 [12 June 1975] 24113/76 Heading C2C The invention comprises novel compounds (I) in which R is a C 1-5 alkyl or C 2-5 alkenyl group optionally containing a reactive function, R 1 is a C 1-5 alkyl, alkoxycarbonyl or acyl group, R 2 is a hydrogen atom or a C 1-5 alkyl group and R 3 is a C 1-5 alkyl or alkoxycarbonyl group; or -CR 2 =CR 3 - forms a cycloalkenyl group and each of n and m, which are the same or different, is 1, 2 or 3, including their dextrorotary and laevorotary isomers and their acid-addition and quaternary ammonium salts of such compounds. They are made by reacting (II) with ketones (III) having a labile H-atom in theα-position. The example describes the preparation of methyl N-(1-ethyl-2-pyrrolidinylmethyl)-3-amino-crotonate (and its hydrochloride) by interacting methyl acetoacetate and N-ethyl-2- aminoethylpyrrolidine. |
