<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of realizing information transmission using a quasi-static electric field with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The quasi-static electric field is generated by generating a drive voltage for driving a predetermined illumination object, as a signal-superposed drive voltage in which a signal is modulated corresponding to the information.
