摘要

PURPOSE:To prepare a piezo-electric element of small porosity, with high sintering density, being used for the surface wave filter, by adding Cd and Mn to a ceramics of Pb(Me1/3Nb2/3) O3 - PbTiO3 - PbZrO3 system.
