PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized crystal timepiece, in which crystal oscillator and MOS-IC are disposed such that they are superposed on each other, as viewed in plan view, and inclined surface is provided in a portion of thru-hole, adapted for relieving the crystal oscillator disposed on plate, whereby strength of the plate can be maintained, and structure of the timepiece can be made compact as a whole. |
