摘要

PURPOSE:To apply onto a steel plate anti-oxidizing coating containing as filler at least one of specific carbonates and hydroxides to thereby render it possible to cure the coating film by ultraviolet and improve the adhesive properties thereof with respect to the steel plate whereby the steel plate is neigher cracked nor released therefrom.
