The lighting fitting has a shade for accommodating an internal shade. The latter accommodates a holder for the incandescent bulb and acts as glare protection. This internal shade can be removed from the lamp shade frame. No opening on the underside of the lamp shade is necessary for insertion of the inner face. There is a ratchet arrangement (34, 36) for fastening the inner lampshade (16) within the main lampshade on the lampshade frame (10). The ratchet arrangement has preferably two parts of ratchet lugs (34, 36) arranged at a distance from each other on the lampshade stand. the ratchet lugs (34, 36) are arranged on the support (30) on the inner lampshade (16).
