The pen has several writing points, each being a cartridge (3) containing a coloured ink. These are held in a block (2) of plastics or similar material, using a screw thread or a simple force fit. The cartridges are spaced around the block, each fitting at a divergent of aprox. 3. The block with the cartridges is held inside the body (1) of the pend and a cap (4) is provided. A colour is chosen and the corresponding cartridge used for writing; the other points (3a) are clear of the paper. A different colour can be chosen by simple rotation of the pen body.
