The even steering equipment allows those crippled in their lower limbs to regulate and maintain even movement of the steering wheel, and accelerator of the invalided vehicle. It comprises a sphere rotating and reciprocating on a single axis and mounted on the steering wheel periphery, and with an angular transmission. A lever transmits the effort to a rod coaxial to the steering column, and the rod acts on a linkage actuating the accelerator. The accelerator can be the locked in the desired position by means of a tothed or smooth quadrant, against which a spring-loaded lever works. |
